Skip to contentA new brand built on years of factory-floor experience — focused on practical, long-range electric bikes and high-performance electric dirt bikes for everyday riders and off-road enthusiasts across the U.S.
Vroomer is a new brand — we launched in 2025. But the people behind it aren't new to bikes. Our founding team has spent years working inside the electric bike supply chain, watching the same problems show up over and over: thin frames marketed as "heavy-duty," batteries that lose half their range by month six, and customer support that disappears the moment something goes wrong.
We started Vroomer because we believed those problems were fixable — not with more marketing, but with better choices on the assembly line. So we picked a factory partner we already trusted, set our own quality standards above what most budget brands accept, and built our first lineup of electric bikes and high-performance electric dirt bikes around three things: a frame that lasts, a battery that holds its real-world range, and a support team you can actually reach.
We're a small team, and we're new. We'd rather earn your trust one ride at a time than over-promise on day one.
Every Vroomer electric bike and electric dirt bike is built at our partner factory by a team our founders have worked with for years. We don't drop-ship from random suppliers, and we don't relabel generic frames. The photos below were taken on a normal working morning — no staging, no stock images.
Our quality control runs in four stages:
1. Incoming parts check. Every batch of motors, controllers, batteries and brake assemblies is sample-tested before it's allowed onto the line. Anything outside spec gets sent back — not "reworked."
2. In-line assembly checks. Torque values on critical bolts (stem, headset, axle nuts, motor bolts) are checked on every single unit, not just spot-checked.
3. Powered road test. Each finished bike is rolled off the line and tested under power — throttle, pedal assist, all PAS levels, every gear, both brakes, and lights. If anything feels off, it goes back to the bench.
4. Final pack inspection. Before the box is sealed, the bike is re-checked for cosmetic damage, the toolkit is verified piece-by-piece, and the serial number is logged against your order.
It's not glamorous. It's just the part of the job most brands skip.
To keep delivery times short and returns simple for our U.S. customers, we operate a dedicated fulfillment warehouse in Ontario, California (ZIP 91761). Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT on a business day are typically picked, packed and handed to the carrier the same day or the next.
After your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email — and if anything happens between our warehouse and your front door, our support team handles it directly. We don't outsource customer service, and we don't use bots to deflect tickets.
