Do you store my credit card on Vroomer servers? +
No. Every card number is tokenized by Oceanpayment's PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway before it reaches us. We only receive a non-reversible token, so even in the unlikely event of a breach, raw card data is not stored on our infrastructure.
What's the process for filing a shipping insurance claim? +
Log into your Vroomer account, open the affected order, and tap "File Claim," or contact Vroomer support directly. Attach a photo (or a police report for theft).
