While the operator is registered in Hong Kong SAR, all U.S.-bound orders are fulfilled from our U.S. shipping & return warehouse located at 1450 Mission Blvd, Ontario, CA 91761, United States. Goods sold to U.S. customers ship domestically — no international transit is required for standard U.S. orders.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

2.1 Ownership of Content

All content displayed on this Site — including but not limited to the "Vroomer" name, logos, product designs, photographs, illustrations, videos, written copy, software code, page layouts, and the overall look and feel of the Site — is the exclusive property of Hong Kong Horizon New Energy Technology Limited or its licensors, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, trade-dress, patent, and other intellectual-property laws, both within Hong Kong SAR and internationally.

2.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view, browse, and download Site content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with evaluating or purchasing Vroomer products. This license does not authorize you to:

3.3 Pricing Errors

In the rare event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, system glitch, or supplier-feed mismatch, Vroomer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed at the incorrect price, even if the order has already been confirmed and payment captured. Should this occur, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund through the original payment channel.

3.4 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither Hong Kong Horizon New Energy Technology Limited nor its directors, employees, or affiliates shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or personal injury, even if Vroomer has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 7.2 Consumer Rights Reservation

Nothing in this clause shall deprive a consumer of the protection afforded by the mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which they reside. U.S. consumers retain all non-waivable rights granted under applicable U.S. federal and state consumer-protection statutes.
