By using or possessing a Vroomer product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Warranty Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this policy, please do not use the product and contact our customer service within the timeframe specified in our Return Policy to cancel or return your order.
Vroomer provides a 1-year limited warranty from the date of delivery for eligible manufacturing defects. This warranty is designed to give every rider peace of mind, ensuring that key components of your Vroomer e-bike are protected against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Coverage applies to confirmed manufacturing defects identified and verified by Vroomer's authorized service team.
This warranty service is available exclusively to the original purchaser who bought a Vroomer product through official Vroomer channels.
Vroomer frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty. This warranty covers replacement of the frame only. Labor costs associated with removing original components and reinstalling them on a new frame are not included. A Vroomer authorized service representative will determine whether the frame qualifies for replacement.

From the date the original purchaser receives the product, the battery is covered by a 1-year full warranty.
Within the 1-year service period: If a battery malfunction occurs, we will repair or replace the battery free of charge. Battery faults can only be evaluated and confirmed directly by Vroomer. The warranty on a repaired or replaced battery remains calculated from the original purchase date — it is not extended, and no cash refund will be issued.

If the customer fails to provide the required proof of purchase or supporting media, customer service reserves the right to decline warranty service.
Depending on the nature of the issue, Vroomer may provide one or more of the following remedies: troubleshooting support, replacement parts, repair guidance, or other appropriate remedies as determined by our service team.
Once a fault is confirmed to be covered under this warranty, Vroomer will provide replacement parts. All labor involving part replacement must be performed by a Vroomer-authorized technician. Vroomer may provide both parts and labor, but may also instruct you to replace certain components or perform self-service repairs.
Shipping damage claims are extremely time-sensitive. You must inspect your e-bike immediately upon delivery to confirm whether any damage exists. If damage has occurred in transit, please send clear photos or videos to support@vroomerbike.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will replace the damaged parts or compensate for the damage free of charge. Shipping damage reported more than 48 hours after delivery will not be accepted. This timeframe is consistent with our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

The Vroomer E8 may not be legal for use on public roads, sidewalks, or bike lanes in some areas. Always wear protective gear, including a properly fitted helmet, and ride only in permitted areas. Failure to comply with local laws and safety practices may void warranty coverage and is the sole responsibility of the rider.
Vroomer is not liable for any fines, penalties, injuries, or damages resulting from the rider's failure to follow applicable laws, regulations, or recommended safety practices.
