1.3  Eligibility & Purchase Channel

This warranty service is available exclusively to the original purchaser who bought a Vroomer product through official Vroomer channels.

  • Non-original purchasers (secondhand owners): To receive the remaining warranty coverage, both of the following conditions must be met: (1) the 1-year warranty period has not yet expired; and (2) the original purchaser's name and order number are provided for verification.

  • Unidentifiable damage: Products damaged to the extent that they cannot be verified as genuine Vroomer products are not covered.
1.4  Frame Coverage

Vroomer frames are covered by a 1-year replacement warranty. This warranty covers replacement of the frame only. Labor costs associated with removing original components and reinstalling them on a new frame are not included. The warranty on a repaired or replaced battery remains calculated from the original purchase date — it is not extended, and no cash refund will be issued.
